Mr. Paglia has approximately 30 years of experience mitigating, remediating and restoring homes and businesses that have been damaged by fire, water and mold as a preferred vendor for many major insurance carriers. During these three decades he has encountered perhaps thousands of water damaged structures with mold concerns. This prompted Mr. Paglia to become further trained and board certified for the inspection and testing of mold sites. An insurance mitigation and restoration professional as well as re-construction General Contractor (GC) , Mr. Paglia holds an additional Water Damage Specialist Certification from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Inc. (IICRC). His construction background allows for a unique knowledge of how water can travel and damage a structure and is of great help in our investigations and protocol creations for remediation of most mold concerns.

Mr. Paglia also holds a certificate of continuing education from Cook College for Technical and Regulatory Training in remediation of Underground Storage Tanks (UST's).

Mr. Paglia is also the President of 1^st Response Remediation LLC with 30 years of working closely with insurance adjusters as a preferred mitigation contractor. Mr. Paglia also has a background in private insurance adjustment working for the insurance industry in homeowner claims under the former name DP Adjustment Services.
